International Student Centre


Melville High School offers places to international fee paying students who add a positive dimension to the diverse nature of our school. International students are encouraged to become fully involved in Melville’s cultural and sporting activities.

Modern suites and facilities are provided for students who have English as a Second Language and programmes are provided at no extra costs. Senior students are prepared for entrance to University. Assistance for University enrolment is offered.

Specialist teachers provide both intensive English and support programmes for these students who are integrated into normal classes after a period of orientation and language development. Homestay accommodation is arranged, and ongoing support is maintained between the family and school.

We are a signatory to the ‘Code of Practice’ and fully comply with all the regulations under this document.
