  1. Please print this application form and send it, together with the latest school reports, examination results, photo and testimonials to:

  2. Applications are considered as they are received. Provided documentation is complete, a provisional "Offer of Placement" should be faxed or e-mailed within 48 hours. An invoice will be included.
  3. On receipt of the fees, an "Updated Offer of Placement" and the receipt will be posted. The "Offer" includes a guarantee of accommodation. Both these forms are required to obtain a visa from the New Zealand Immigration Services.
  4. Fees should be paid by bank transfer in favour of:

    5. Please give an indication of your name when transferring money to the Melville High School.

  5. To ensure the student can be met to ensure a safe and warm welcome, the student or agent must advise the school of the:
    1. Date of arrival
    2. Time of arrival
    3. Flight number

All year levels are now back at school.  The Uniform Shop will be open from 11 - 11.30 a.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
